Excellent! Pre-appt Nancy stayed in touch with reminders and arrived on time day-of. She spent a great deal of time tuning our recently acquired, older Howard baby grand and it now sounds great. New to piano ownership, she was also a delightful resource for all my questions. I highly recommend her!
