I had such an amazing experience working with Jason! He edited my dance cover (with original choreography) to Tate McRae’s “Sports Car” and absolutely brought my vision to life. He was so patient with me throughout the process and really took the time to help me figure out the vibe I wanted for the video. What I appreciated most was that he went above and beyond, not just editing, but also coming up with creative ideas to elevate the cover. He was also super supportive of my content outside of the editing process, reposting and engaging with my posts as I shared the project in sections, which really meant a lot. On top of that, he was super fair with pricing and never tried to charge anything outrageous. If you’re looking for someone talented, reliable, supportive, and genuinely invested in making your project shine, I couldn’t recommend him enough! Working with Jason has been an absolute pleasure. I hired him to edit videos for the launch of my new podcast “The Talk with Almost PhD Ambi” :) He did not disappoint! He followed all of my directions precisely, inserting pictures, memes, text, short videos, and music while making the video look high quality. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to set the most reasonable price. My pricing is based on the amount of work that needs to be done. The workload is evaluated between what needs to be done and how long it would take me to complete the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I prefer the customer to have a lot of the planning already worked out. Planning a project can be costly, so I would like for the customer to have a strong idea about what they want so I can work quickly. They should also have the following worked out.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 3 years working toward my Bachelor's in Animation. My time at college included going to the Academy of Art University and the Art Institute of Virginia Beach. Since then I have been involved in doing Video Editing for non-profit organizations like We Love U foundation, content creation on YouTube and other social media, and various freelance work.
