- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on several factors: duration of event, distance, music style (pedal vs. lever harp), etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer has unique requirements. Once contact has been established a typical exchange with the customer will involve a few emails or phone calls to work out what exactly is desired in terms of music, what the setting will be and what, if any, special logistics will need to be accommodated (especially important for outside venues). Often, I will schedule a time to showcase my music where the customer can listen to or choose specific songs. The customer can either travel to my home or I will travel to meet with the customer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been performing as a soloist on the harp for over 20 years. I also perform with other musicians if desired (harp & violin duo), (harp, violin, guitar) etc. Please let me know if you have an interest for more instruments.
