- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give real and fair numbers and 90% of the time we are less expensive than any other quote from other companies. We can do this because our inner process are efficient and allows us to custom tailored pricing for all our customers and just about any budget they may have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assess the concerns and situation and schedule accordingly depending on urgency. Our inner office operating systems gives our clients updates as we schedule them and progress through our provided services. Projects and services are then assessed and a custom price is given before any work is performed. After work is completed quality control processes are put into place to ensure that our clients investments are secure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years of experience in the field 15 years owning/operating, developing, and consulting in the realm of HVAC and home mechanical needs. Taken various avenue of education to highlight the craft as well as obtained a multitude of credentials to support it.
