FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is as fair as I can make it while considering travel, materials, time, etc. Usually, situational. I’m very flexible and understand that it’s a luxury to even have people reach out to me for help.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s a conversation. Casual but lots of Q and A getting to know you, your values, your goals, your purposes, etc. The goal is get to know you well enough that I know what questions to ask to get you the perfect product that you didn’t even think to consider, based on reading your needs and wants. Every process is personal to the customer and situation based on the information provided beforehand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in fashion design, creating collection after collection, reading brands so that I can design new things for them while maintaining their identity. I also sew tactical gear for 10 hours a day, 4 days a week that needs to exceed quality control regulations before being sent to customers. Before any formal design or sewing training, I ran a successful styling education instagram page which I did discontinue during college to focus on my collections.
