Felicia has been beyond amazing! I was working on a trip with her prior to covid and she alerted me when the red flags went up. I am a smidge picky 😅 but she was very attentive in finding the right place for me. I stayed at an AI(my first time) at LeBlanc Cabo. I don't normally choose all inclusive's because I do not feel as though I get what I paid for with the small vegan selections. When ordering room service and checking into restaurants it was clearly noted I was vegan and passed on to both the servers and the chef. Thanks to covid the resort was not that full and I had the most amazing time. Felicia also noted that they were not only having a sale, but it was BOGO on top of that. I got an additional 5 nights free 🙌! When booking our flights she made sure there was time in-between our flights to get through customs without having to rush. I had a last minute passenger change, literally hours before the trip. Felicia told me the pros and cons of each possibilty and she called the resort and transportation to make the changes. They greeted us accordingly upon arrival. Needless to say I will be taking another trip thanks to in 2months 😁.

Felicia has been amazing throughout this entire process. My husband and I spent hours looking for a good value, great location all-inclusive resort. We were more confused by the time we reviewed 30 + different places. Felicia asked questions about what we wanted and our price. She found a fabulous value and the PERFECT location for us! We are headed to Jamaica! A dream vacation for our 15 year anniversary! It was so easy talking with her. She is across the US from me, but that never affected our interactions. The representative, Felicia, from the first contact listened to my needs and concerns and believe me i have 4 kids with range from one level to another and we have crazy requests and as crazy as i thought i drove her, she had the patience of a saint.
