Introduction

I am detail oriented and strive to make you comfortable with the service I provide . I also clean and disinfect equipment between homes. Please provide a sq footage of home for the most accurate pricing . Cleaning of baseboards, trim work , window trim and walls are additional charges. We do offer discounts for weekly and bi weekly cleanings. The first cleaning will be at standard charges follow up cleanings will be discounted . We do offer carpet cleaning ( shampoo) however , we do not move furniture , the rooms should be empty of all furnishings and debris or a additional cleaning charge may be applied .

Yakira was very responsive when I initially reached out to get a quote for carpet cleaning. She and her partner were on time, very professional, and did a much better job than the last time I had my carpet cleaned by Stanley Steemer. I would 100% hire them again.

I had a very last minute request for a move out clean and Swiney Housekeeping was able to squeeze me in the next day! Their communication was great and the 2-person team did a fantastic job. Everything came out sparkly and shining! I couldn’t staybe on site the whole time, so they texted me photos afterward, and made paying easy by sending me a link via text. Would use again!

Pricing is reflecting a 1 time standard cleaning, I do offer discounted rates for weekly or bi weekly services . Most homes start at 200.00 for deep cleaning and 150.00 for regular cleanings .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will give estimate based on sq footage of the home. We offer standard cleaning , deep cleaning , and carpet shampooing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been preforming and managing cleaning services for many years in my country of origin.
