- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of the initial steps taken when working with a new customer is getting a vision for the kind of project they are requesting. Secondly, I will go to the job site in order to get measurements, pictures, and meet with the customer to ensure clear communication. Finally, all information is taken into account to provide a quote for the customer to make the final decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Starting at a very young age was one of the most simple educations I received and taught me skills that I may have not otherwise learned. While education in a class room is very important I believe hands on experience is the best education.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been doing this type of work full time since 2011 and moved to the Northern Virginia area from Pennsylvania in 2018. I worked for a couple different construction businesses in Pennsylvania. Last spring I was looking to make some extra money to support my family and decided to start with this app. I have enjoyed growing my now business over the last year. We plan to continue working on quality projects.
