We can take you through the insurance process from start to finish if you have storm damage OR we can provide you with a retail estimate if it’s not storm related and your roofing system has just met it’s life expectancy.

Brandon and his team were great. They came out promptly to give an estimate and were able to come back and complete the work within a week. It was a simple fix and they did a good job for a fair price. Communicated via text which was helpful for coordinating timing, etc.

Great experience, I noticed a water spot after the rains and knew it was from the roof so I reached out for them to come do an assessment. He was quick and said what needed to be done and was able to come out and do the work once the rains finally stopped for a bit. Most of the companies I found through google couldn't come check stuff out for several weeks

Brandon was super great to deal with. Very professional and courteous from the first consultation to the end of the repair. Extremely reasonably priced as well for the good quality of work. Initially asked for an estimate to repair a damaged flashing and replace few shingles. I was shopping around and didn’t end up hiring anyone at the time. A year later, finally decided to get the roof replaced, got more estimates and decided to go back to Brandon. He still had the pics from looking at the roof the year before! I was quite impressed. I got pics too of the progress of the job. I highly recommend Harriford Exterior Restoration!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is fact finding first. What is the reason the homeowner has contacted us? Do they have a leak directly underneath a roof, can they see missing shingles from the ground, Do they just want a roof inspection in general? Second, I like to inspect the entire roof, take pictures, and send the pictures to the homeowner to document any and all damages to justify the estimate and scope of work needed. Third, I like to discuss the materials needed and when the repair could be done properly and provide the estimate. For small to medium repair estimates that have been accepted payment upon completion is requested. For larger jobs, a deposit of 50% is required to schedule and begin the scope of work and the remaining 50% is due upon completion.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Homeowner couldn’t find a roofer to do his repair in less than 6 weeks because it was a small repair and everyone is busy with full roof replacements due to the wind storm. We were able to inspect his roof next day and take care of the repair of his shingles while there for a very fair price.
