Introduction: No time for the gym? As a resident of Thomason Park, and founder/program director of Old School Fitness Club, I'm bringing intense fitness training to moms in my neighborhood. I train classes at The Sports Booth at night, so this is a perfect way for me to coach during the day: Convenient fitness classes for busy moms who can't go to a gym. We have one class each morning of the work week (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs and Fri). This class will begin at 10:00 a.m., and members must sign up in advance. We'll do some stretching, walking, running, lunges, air squats, push-ups, etc. during our 30-45 minutes training session. My members at the gym see results. This will be intense, but will be scaled to accommodate everyone's personal fitness level. You can join at anytime! Pay $10 per class, or buy a punch card: $50 for 6 classes or $85 for 10 classes. Message me with questions, where to meet, and how to sign up! Still not sure? First class is free for people who want to check it out! I can come to your neighborhood on base (at a different time) if you have 2 or more women interested. Price is: $10.
