- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact them and have them fill out consultation forms allowing me to know what they do, what training they have had and any previous injuries. Then I send them the app log in and set up a time for an in person assessment to find any muscle imbalances or compensations. This allows me to customize a program that fits their needs and goals. After this is completed they have access to programming 24/7 with complete workouts with demonstrations as well as the ability to meet and do in-person training.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Military, athletes, post pregnancy, post injury, and many other common cases where you want to get back to where you used to be or better. Pre event prep for weddings or photo shoots.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My dad going from 186 lbs to 156 from December to March timeframe. I love the man and I'm hoping I can keep him around a little longer.
