Jeremy is a great way to start your fitness goals. His assessments are accurate and he is very patient with you. He is great at explaining each workout and the fitness training helps your mind and body connect while you achieve your goals. I highly recommend him for individuals looking to get back in shape!

While I have only been working with Jeremy and Triangle Training for a short period of time, I have enjoyed every minute of it. Not only does Jeremy help with physical fitness, he also helps with nutrition but he doesn't do all the work, which makes it more hands on when it comes to the education side of things. He offers a number of resources to read up so that you can learn at your own pace. When it comes to the physical training, he pushes. And that's exactly what I needed. I've worked with big corporate gyms' personal trainer programs in the past but with what I want to accomplish, there's been a lot more understanding on Triangle Training's side, a sense of more support unlike the big gyms. With my ultimate goal being to join the military, his background and experience are definitely things to be appreciated. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

Jeremy has been exceptional regarding the prescribed training plans and meal plans. He's very patient, and quite knowledgeable. He's willing to help you overcome injuries by recommending exercises that target your trouble areas and help you rehabilitate. I would recommend him to anyone looking to make a positive change in their fitness goals!
