I was induced at Ft Belvoir and it was stormy but Casandra made sure to be there for the birth of daughter and take photos for us! Super kind during the shoot too, and worked super efficiently with the hospital staff to ensure she could get the best photos while maintaining the safety and calmness in the room.

I have hired Casandra Lorraine Photography twice and have booked 2 more. I seriously just love the way Casandra edits her photos. She's quick to respond, punctual, and professional. I met her first for my daughter's fresh 48 and I couldn't be happier with they way my photos came about. She literally had my album done that same night. The second time around, she found a beautiful park by the water and was not afraid to get down and dirty to capture THE BEST photos of my two babies! She keeps the mood fun and light so it's easy to just naturally smile for the camera.

I'd say you really can't get any better than Casandra, however somehow she keeps improving and learning!

I’ve been to many workshops and classes.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I don’t consider this work. I’ve always been into photography. It’s my muse, my passion, a part of me.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recent project I designed was getting together a group of breastfeeding women for a styled shoot. I actually included one bottle feeding mother for the shoot so she can be celebrated as well. The post went semi-viral and I captured gorgeous photos.
