- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
yes. I am a member of The American Culinary Federation and we have educational events monthly. I am also returning to culinary school to take a few new courses soon. I have been ACF certified as a CWPC ..certified working pastry chef.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always loved cooking and baking ever since I was a young girl. I spent a lot of time in the kitchen with my granny growing up. When I was 35 I found out we had a culinary program at the community college and enrolled immediately. It was as one of the best decisions I have made for my career.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do catering for all types of events large or small. From fun and laid back to classy and elegant events. I also create custom designed cakes for weddings and other occasions.
