What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try keep my rates so all types of people can come in. I give discount to military, first responders, and teachers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to my client to find out their problem areas. I work on your shoulders and down your back to relax tightness, I do light compression on glutes to help hip/low back pain. Do some relaxing strokes on the legs. I also work on neck and shoulders once you flip over. The arms and legs get some relaxing massage also to help with circulation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Miller Motte in Roanoke, I have 900 hours required by Virginia Board of Nursing for my license. I also Continuing Education classes
