Hurley’s Phoenix Support Center was founded on a single, powerful mission: to turn personal loss into a lifeline for the community. Based in Raven, Virginia, the center was born from the heart of a daughter—founder Ashley Brooke Hurley—to honor the legacy of her late father, Kelly Ray Hurley. We didn’t open our doors just to be another business; we opened them to be a sanctuary for those navigating the hardest chapters of their lives. After seeing firsthand the gaps in community support, we established a "boots on the ground" center where people are met with empathy, lived experience, and the tools they need to rise again. Our Purpose: We are here to prove that beauty can come from ashes. We provide the structured support necessary to help our neighbors rebuild their lives, one day at a time. Why We Exist: We opened this center to ensure that the light of those we’ve lost continues to shine through the service we provide to the living.
