We ran into an unexpected need for an asbestos abatement when we were demoing our 1958 kitchen. Brad and his crew were amazingly prompt and professional. We also had them remove all of the drywall in the kitchen when they abated the asbestos and removed the affected sub flooring. When I came home the house was neat and clean with no dust or dirt anywhere. Brad came by after the job was complete to do a walk through of the house and assure us that we would have not further issues. Definitely put our minds at ease. The job was handled in a responsible and ECO friendly manner. We definitely will be calling Jordan Environmental when we redo our basement and will need old paneling and mold dealt with.

Brad from Jordan Environmental Services came to my house and performed excellent work. I had a project that required 2 bathrooms to be completely gutted. JES crew came in and spent the entire day on a 60 + year old bathrooms removing heavy old tile off walls and floors. All of the work was done with great care providing the least amount of dust through my house. I would definitely hire Jordan Environmental Services at any time for future demo work and for a great price.

As a general contractor we hire many different trades/ companies as subcontractors. We had hired Jordan environmental to perform the asbestos abatement portion of our project.. Jordan environmental started and completed my project on time. The crew members were hard working and respectful. When the job was completed they cleaned up the entire job site. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique and costs are calculated accordingly. Our prices are very competitive and we offer several opportunities for discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Obtain as much information via a phone consultation and conduct a Site Visit if needed. Present a price quote to complete the project and get the project completed as soon as possible. Once the material (asbestos, lead based paint, and/or mold) is removed we have a third party Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) perform an inspection and provide the client with a Clearance Letter, and all applicable paperwork.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Jordan Environmental Services (JES) employees are Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) certified and licensed to remove asbestos and/or mold in all of the United States including Virginia, Maryland, and DC. JES is fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
