- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
PLEASE *** Must confirm booking at least 14 days (2 weeks) ahead. You will be responsible for the cost of goods (liquor, rentals, disposables, mixers etc.) $300 deposit required. It will be applied towards the costs of goods. Non refundable if the booking is cancelled later than 2 weeks ahead.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to hear about your needs first! Tell us everything you have envisioned - a questionnaire will be provided . We will return to you with ideas and/or solutions. Then we'll work out the details. We'll send you the estimated costs of goods. BARTENDERS MUST BE PAID ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT. Invoice for the costs of goods must be covered not later than 3 days after the event. WE COME IN A TEAM OF TWO. HOURLY RATES LISTED ARE PER BARTENDER.

ServSafe Alcohol certified; ServSafe Manager certified; TIPS certified.
