I had a great experience with this company. I needed to have my Nest thermostat installed so I called around to get quotes on this type of work. This company was much much less expensive than the others. I decided to give them a try. I did not regret it! Communication was great, they were on time, and the person that came over was incredibly nice and patient. He stuck around after the Nest was installed to make sure that the set up portion (hooking it to wifi/testing heating/cooling) went ok. He could have just left after it as installed but he waited to make sure I was good to go. I had a bunch of random questions about my heating/cooling, too and he was happy to answer them. Highly recommend.

Our water heater was broken, ECA Ductworks arrived at the exact time they promised and replaced the unit. They did not try to upsell (eg. buy a new water heater) like a few of the other places well rated on Yelp. The quote was very fair. We are very happy with the quality of the service.
