Alex was fantastic. He came in on short notice not once, but twice, and was incredibly professional, flexible, and easy to work with. He went above and beyond to help with several urgent issues at my property. He replaced the door locks with smart locks, removed an old security camera, replaced stubborn water filter housing, and painted patches throughout an entire five-bedroom house to fix marks and problem areas. He was also able to work independently while I was not there, coordinating professionally around other contractors and the property manager. Honestly, Alex saved me in a stressful situation.
