At JJ Flooring, we believe in honest, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every project is different, so we provide detailed estimates based on the scope of work, materials, and timeline. We offer competitive rates and may provide discounts for larger projects or multiple services, such as combining flooring and painting work. Our goal is to deliver exceptional value and quality craftsmanship at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the customer's goals, budget, and project details. Next, we schedule an on-site visit or consultation to assess the space and provide a detailed estimate. Once approved, we help select materials if needed, schedule the project, and keep the customer informed throughout the process. We complete every job with attention to detail and conduct a final walkthrough to ensure complete satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 10 years of hands-on experience in flooring installation, wood floor refinishing, and painting, we have developed extensive knowledge of industry techniques, materials, and best practices. Our experience includes working with hardwood, laminate, vinyl plank, tile, and a variety of painting applications for residential and commercial properties.
