FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically work on an hourly basis until a scope of work has been established and agreed upon, then we convert to a flat fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we will have an introductory meeting to go over your goals, needs, budget, and timeline and to view the spaces we will be working in. From there, we will come up with a scope of work and a contract. Next, we will present a design plan and you will give feedback. We will make any applicable edits to the design plan and do a final presentation. Once the final presentation is approved, we will begin ordering materials. Once the materials have arrived, we will work with a contractor and or installer to ensure the design intent is adhered to. We will do a final styling and that is typically how our projects flow.
