- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You should know that estimates are given in person by seeing the house first, but I also work with estimates through photos or videos, and yes, definitely after the first cleaning, there are super discounts and promotions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first process is that you need to know basic information, to be able to give a budget, bedroom number, bathrooms, how many levels the house is, if you are looking for move-in cleaning, deep cleaning or standard cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always loved cleaning, I like the work I do, I like to do my job well and that clients are surprised when they see the results, it is like a magic that I like to make everything look like new, since a clean home brings lots of health, peace and tranquility.
