- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$110/hr. and / or a fixed fee per project price once we have seen the project and worked on a plan for completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will talk on the phone to get to know each other a bit and get the clients' questions answered. We will set up an appt., I will ask them to collect some tear sheets from magazines that represent their vision for their project, talk about their budget, then talk about fees and/or retainer to be collected on the first visit. At the appt., I will interview the clients regarding their vision for their space. We may move some furniture for better travel flow through the room, or select paint colors, & talk about next steps. I take photographs of the rooms, measure spaces that need it , and I leave the client with a written plan of how we will move forward, and when we will meet again. I then email a Letter of Agreement to the clients for them to understand how we will work together, based on their budget.

Certificate from New York Institute of Interior Design. CEU's from ASID for 20 yrs.
