I felt that Brian was offering a good price for the touch up work that I needed done. He and his crew arrived a little ahead of schedule. They knocked out the work quickly and cleaned up the space before leaving. I am happy with the quality of the completed job and would use him again.
In addition, when I told him I would buy the paint, because I wanted to make sure we got the right color, he offered to let me use his contractor's account at a major paint vendor to buy the paint. I got the same markdown in price that he gets; it was greatly appreciated.

My agreement with Diaz Services was that they would supply the labor, while I selected and bought the paint. I contracted with Diaz Services over other contractors because they offered to do the job at a reasonable labor rate. Though I was buying the paint, I was able to get a significant discount Diaz’s supplier. Not only did I get a good price point, Diaz Services were punctual and completed painting the walls and trim in a timely manner. I was please with the result and would use them again.
