FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Following an initial phone conversation to discuss general drainage or leak problems or hardscape design needs, JJBY (Len Blakley) will set an appointment time to visit the site for a more specific analysis of the issues or design needs (note that Drainage and Waterproofing consults are subject to a $100 initial consult fee, creditable against any contracted work). At the time of the site visit, the consultant will usually be able to make some specific recommendations and measurements will be made of the areas for consideration. The Consultant will then follow up by email with a plan and specific price proposal but often may provide more than one option for further discussion. Once a final design and plan is settled, the client will pay a deposit and work is scheduled.
