If you want great value and work quality, you can't go wrong with Picon&Ale. About a week after my first contact with them, they stopped by my house to provide a quote, and they came back later that same day to complete the work. Their price was good, and they took the time to put the leaves into recycle bags (per my request). They left my yard cleaner than they found it! I will definitely be using them for all my future gutter cleaning.
