- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
well, I don't want give price to the customer before knowing the details, price can go up and down it always depends on work, but at all I am not very hard on pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to seeing new people and help them, I believe a good manager skill is how to deal with all kind of people and never give up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied in college and two years in school to learn this job plus 3 years work experience I gained.
