My passion as a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach is to help people implement health routines, develop skills to manage stress, create a healthy mindset, and improve how they think about themselves.
By applying my knowledge of yogic philosophy, asking open questions, and using habit development strategies, I teach my clients how to identify and change behaviors that negatively impact their lives.
Targeted behaviors may include unhealthy eating habits, negative thinking patterns, substance abuse, and other maladaptive habits affecting their health.
Coaching sessions will target the following four aspects of wellness:
Physical- We will develop a unique fitness/yoga/qi-gong routine, create a delicious plant-based meal plan, and create a sleep schedule geared toward helping them to achieve optimal health.
Mental- we will engage in exciting and fun activities/practices that will increase joy, build self-esteem, and help you sharpen your focus.
Emotional- I will teach you how to manage emotions and stress healthily through meditation and breathing. I will teach you easy-to-use communication techniques to help you express your feelings and needs, supporting your social success and well-being.
Spiritual- I have created a list of questions that will help you find your purpose and help you understand what you need to do to connect with a higher power (Great Spirit, God, Universe, or however you may conceive of it).
