- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please call me for pricing. Pricing is dependent on these factors: 1. Will I be travelling to you or will you come to me? 2. The number of notarizations (stamps) needed. 3. The type of documents being notarized? Buyer/Seller/Refinance or General Notary Work (GNW)? 4. Remote Online Notarization
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll respond quickly to your email or you may call me directly. When I email you, I provide my cell number and ask you to call. If your number is provided, I'll contact you. I'll ask about the document(s) needing notarization and whether you will come to my office or if you'd like me to come to your home or office. Once I have this information, I provide with a cost for my services. If you need to close on a Buyer/Seller or Refinance package, I can print the documents for you, come to you and notarize the package, scan the package back to title company (if needed) and take it to FedEx for you. I charge $150 for these services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took Virginia-specific courses in General Notary Work, Loan closing documents and Notary Signing Agent.
