Introduction: We will help you determine if we are the best fit for your particular issue. If we think we are not the correct team for your paranormal issues, we will let you know--straight up. Our group utilizes the scientific method, adapting it as necessary, in order to determine if evidence gained is indicative of paranormal activity. We use our individual faiths, and other sensing techniques, to determine if paranormal activity is occurring, what paranormal activity is occurring, and the best manner in which to deal with the activity. We use other methods, as well, aimed at determining the aforementioned issues, and adapt to the activity discovered, in order to provide the customer with the best answer. Often, a paranormal group will attend to a paranormal problem with a singular focus. This, in turn, will not allow such a team to exactly determine the activity. Our group remains open to the cause of the activity, until we are confident we have determined it. Only then can a team of investigators effectively deal with the issue at hand.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our group of investigators comes from a wide variety of backgrounds. We have forensic specialists, medical specialists, other scientists, information technologists, photographers, technical and equipment experts, and other, various professionals. We also have stay-at-home parents and students, as well as small business owners. Nearly everyone in our group has had paranormal experiences, and each of us continues our education, through a variety of programs. We also continue to educate ourselves on the latest equipment, in order to document the paranormal. However, we do not over-rely on equipment.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs we do for clients are private home investigations, commercial projects, and various, known haunted areas, in order to keep our skills sharp. We do not charge for any investigations. We are paranormal investigators who wish to help people, free of charge, because we believe people should be assisted, no matter their ability to pay. Our group can decipher which type of paranormal activity is occurring, whether it is a ghostly haunt, poltergeist-type activity, demonic activity, or any other type of paranormal activity. We are here to help you. That is our focus and goal.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask a lot of questions, potential customer, in order to decide which type of paranormal investigator is best for you. Even if you do not know too much about the paranormal, or what to ask, any investigator you contact should be able to draw the questions from you. Why does the investigator think they are the right one for your situation? What is the investigator's understanding of the paranormal--do they rely too much on equipment, psychics, and the like? Or, is their focus on using knowledge, experience (usually personal experience) with the addition of equipment, and a good team of investigators? Your investigative team needs a solid, working knowledge of what the paranormal is, and how to assist you in making peace with it.
