Brandy's Culinary Varieties is a place to come to for guidance and inspiration. It seems like all of the recopies now a days are only tailored towards family-style cooking portions and not for individuals. I take the classics and put a twist on them, so you are inspired to make it your own! These recipes are pretty much made of 10 ingredients and under as well. and most of them are used in all of the recipes (ex. salt and pepper). I know that when I started cooking, that was a big deal because I didn't want to go buy a lot of things that I wouldn't use but if you slowly stock up, the possibilities are endless!
