- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every space is different, so pricing is based on the size of the space, level of support needed, and the goals of the project. We offer thoughtfully structured packages designed to support everything from smaller resets to larger multi-room projects. Product costs (bins, baskets, organizers, etc.) are separate and discussed collaboratively based on your needs and style preferences. If a project requires additional time, we communicate clearly throughout the process so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by learning more about your space, routines, and what’s feeling overwhelming or out of sync. From there, we recommend the best starting point and create a plan that feels manageable and supportive. During sessions, we thoughtfully sort, organize, and create systems designed for real life with a focus on creating calm, functional spaces that are easy to maintain.
