Hadrian is an amazing trainer. I felt like he really listened to what I needed and made a program that pushed me, but was also realistic and sustainable for me. My schedule changes a lot and, and that’s always been an issue for me when it came to making exercise a part of my routine. Changing it up to fit my needs and also ensuring I didn’t get bored was a major role in me being successful. I also have limitations due to health issues and Hadrian always took that into consideration when implementing moves. Overall, he will push you, but he will make sure that exercise is no longer something you dread. It will become a positive part of your lifestyle you’ll look forward to. Working with Hadrien has been life changing! He takes what he does seriously and it’s evident in his approach to health and fitness. At our initial meeting, he obtained baselines and made sure he safely pushed me past my comfort zone. During the COVID lockdown, he made sure to check in with me weekly (at the very least) to make sure I was still making progress towards the goals we set prior to the lockdown. He’s guided me on how to effectively fuel my body to maximize results as well. I gained a better sense of how to properly workout, how to actively recover, and how the body works during my time with Hadrien. And I made a lifelong friend in the process. Since the start of 2020 I’ve been working out from home and I was able to hit most of my goals. However, I recently have plateaued which affected my mindset and motivation to strive for more. Once I got in communication with Hadrien, he taught me the importance of variety in my workouts so that my muscles don’t get accustomed to the same movements and can grow even more. After tailoring my workout sessions according to his suggestions, I was able to gain 10 more lbs. This has helped me in completing my biggest goal in 2020 which was to go from 145 lbs to 170 lbs.Sep 24, 2020

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is always variable. We offer a host of payment options ranging from weekly, biweekly, and monthly payments. We incentivize you to train more by offering discounts for each session you add to your weekly training!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Learning about your prior experiences with health and wellness is my first order of business! Once we get a picture painted of where you currently are, we build a plan geared towards your unique goals. We do lifestyle changes, not quick fixes!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a NASM certified personal trainer. In massage school currently.
