John helped me with strength training and balance exercises after a fall. Had I not moved out of the area I would still be working with him. As a woman "of a certain age" I appreciated the fact that he was very attuned to my condition and gave the right amount of motivation. John is punctual and goes above and beyond to ensure a good client experience.

I have been active (dancing, working out, sports) most of my life. It is not always easy to find a personal trainer who can push and keep you motivated without doing the same old thing. John Perkins of Kamp Pendleton is one of the best trainers I have found. I started training with him over 3 years ago and there has never been a dull moment. He always comes up with new ideas and ways to keep the sessions challenging, interesting & fun (mostly ;) ). John always listens to any needs/issues I have and incorporates those in to each session. John has a lifelong client in me!
