Introduction: I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and physical therapist that will assess and create a workout plan specifically tailored to your goals. Applying my knowledge/experience in physical therapy, each workout session will movement principles to keeps you strong, mobile, flexible, and healthy while protecting your joints from the wear and tear of traditional training methods.
Personal training is more than repeating the same exercises over and over every time you workout. If you do the same exercises you'll keep the same body. You simply show up to work hard, and I will help direct and coach you on all activities. No more missed workouts. No intimidating situations. No waiting for equipment.
