This place is incredible! The price was beyond reasonable, more than 50$ lower than anyone in the area. It took less than 24 hours to fix my complete screen even with ordering it in. And after I got home I noticed my front camera was not working, I called and they had me come.in and fixed it on the spot. Incredible service and very welcoming atmosphere. They were very clean, and we're covid-19 safe. I've gone here 3 times now and will continue to!!

We make it our mission to help customers save when compared to similar services offered by big franchise stores. Our repair services start as low as $25 for an iPhone diagnostic to a few thousand dollars for large data retrieval or microsoldering jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Select your in-Store or Mail-in service when booking on 1 Stop Connect (dotCom) An inspection of your device is always required before initiating the repair order. A full diagnostic is required for liquid and software related issues. Most repairs for iPhones are completed 1-5 hours while Samsung and other brands are completed 4 hours to next day based on parts availability.
