Today I visited this business to repair a cracked screen for my iPhone 6s Plus. The phone was badly cracked and parts of the screen were black so I can barely make out the picture. I took a chance on this place based on the good reviews and they didnt disappoint. In fact they surpassed my expectations. I was greeted by one of the most friendly and sincere representatives, Sam and she made my experience smooth, quick and enjoyable. She even kept me company with great conversation while I waited. Sam Introduced me to Nik, the gentleman whom repaired my phone and he was very knowledgeable, upfront with the fees and explained to me the best and worst case scenarios and provided me an ETA for the repair. Sam asked if I wanted to purchase a case because I didnt have one and a screen protector. I said yes and she picked out several options and showed them to me. I have to say that between the two of them they understand how to treat and delight their customers. Meanwhile I waited for my phone another patron came in and they also gave that patron the same outstanding service and care. Once the repair was complete Sam made sure that the phone operated correctly by having me check my camera, make a phone call and test the sound/speakers and explained the warranty. She installed the screen protector for me and educated me on the importance of a small device that sticks and lays flat on the back of the phone which intercepts the harmful waves emitted by our Devices. That right there was the so neat! Overall I give them a 5 star rating because the quality of their work, products, efficiency and service were outstanding and at a great price. There was no surprise fees or bait and switch and the cost was exactly what I was quoted. I will definitely return to purchase all my phone accessories and phone repairs and you should too! We make it our mission to help customers save when compared to similar services offered by big franchise stores. Our repair services start as low as $25 for an iPhone diagnostic to a few thousand dollars for large data retrieval or microsoldering jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Select your in-Store or Mail-in service when booking on 1 Stop Connect (dotCom) An inspection of your device is always required before initiating the repair order. A full diagnostic is required for liquid and software related issues. Most repairs for iPhones are completed 1-5 hours while Samsung and other brands are completed 4 hours to next day based on parts availability.
