I was quite satisfied with the overall performance of 1-STOP. They were very responsive, professional, courteous, and prompt. After Nick initially contacted me, I dropped off my device at their shop for diagnostic evaluation. They said it would take at least 2 hours to complete the diagnostics after which they would contact me to discuss the results and next steps. On my way home, shortly after I left the shop, I was pleasantly surprised when Nick called me to say that my device was ready for pick up so I had to turn around. They were quite friendly and their service was excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I have used 1 Stop Connect on several occasions in the past to fix and repair damaged electronics. Every experience has been wonderful! The electronics are always fixed quickly and the prices are very fair! I have worked with Nick on several occasions and it is always a pleasant experience doing business here. We make it our mission to help customers save when compared to similar services offered by big franchise stores. Our repair services start as low as $25 for an iPhone diagnostic to a few thousand dollars for large data retrieval or microsoldering jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Select your in-Store or Mail-in service when booking on 1 Stop Connect (dotCom) An inspection of your device is always required before initiating the repair order. A full diagnostic is required for liquid and software related issues. Most repairs for iPhones are completed 1-5 hours while Samsung and other brands are completed 4 hours to next day based on parts availability.
