These are our STARTING rates for 3 color sets for balloon decorations:
10ft Balloon Garland $250
15ft Balloon Garland $375
20ft Balloon Garland $500
***Garlands are arches without the arch stand and can be attached to the walls, doors, windows, pillars, columns etc***
-We create, you pick up and install/breakdown- you pick 3 colors / theme and we create the set! All you need to do is pick it up and install it and pop them at the end of the event!

-360 video machine with digital send outs between $200/hr
***360 video machines with digital send outs are $150/hr (with minimum of 3 hrs) with the booking of a balloon service of $600+

We can provide you with Event Help/Waitstaff and Bartenders. Our Bartenders and Event Help/Waitstaff team has background experiences in working at restaurants such as Morton's Steakhouse, Clyde's, Passion Fish, Counter Burger and MORE!!! With us your event coordinating will be a smooth ride.
*Harcup Events recommend TWO(2) bartenders for a event size over 50 guests for a faster and speedy service. More details and options are available over the phone*

Had the pleasure of working with Joo for a design consult and she’s the best! I gave her my theme for the centerpieces and she came back with a beautiful elegant design. It was exactly what I was looking for! She gave me a list of items that I need to purchase and walked me through on how to make the centerpieces. I was in search of balloondecorations for my daughter's baby shower and the standard yelp and Google searches were not providing results. Then I found Joo at Harcup Events and she saved the day!
She turned the balloon arch and centerpieces into works of art. They really added a big splash to the venue at a very reasonable price. On top of that, Joo was responsive and punctual. Keep in touch with me all along the way.
We will certainly use her for future family gatherings! I would recommend her to anyone in need of creative balloondecorations!

We decided last minute to throw my daughter’s first birthday party and was looking to hire someone to setup the balloondecorations. Harcups events was to the rescue, we got on the phone with Joo quickly and she educated me on a few things and what I actually needed and wanted. She was super helpful, responsive, very cooperative and completely delivered what we requested. I’m so glad I found her and highly recommend Harcups events. Harcup was an absolute pleasure to work with. The communication from the start was fantastic! Joo emailed me a few renderings before the event which was very helpful. The set up crew arrived early and far exceeded my expectations. The breakdown crew returned later in the evening to collect the materials used and left not one ounce of trash. The designing was absolutely spectacular and worth every penny. It's the extra touches that Harcup does to take your event space to another level. We received so many compliments from our guest about how wonderful the room looked. Let Harcup have creative freedom of your venue and I guarantee you will "LOVE" the outcome. OMG, JOO WAS AND IS FANTASTIC!
She made my mother's Birthday Memorial Celebration a day to remember. She was so professional and took the time to learn what my needs were and decorated the hall to perfection! It was lovely and brought out my mother's spirit!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have multiple packages and you can customize your package as well. Sometimes we will even do a small add ons at no cost depending on your package if your budget doesn't allow it!
To get a better rate, plan ahead! Don't wait til a week before the date of the event!
we require a full nonrefundable payment at booking. Any cancelations by the client will be forfeiture of the full nonrefundable payment for the client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk to the clients via phone. We have a dedicated team member just for this. We discuss the details and how the setup would look like. sometimes for balloon decorations, we can do a pre-sketch to give a visual idea. Once the client decides the details are final, we will send an invoice to the client. Once the payment has gone through, the date and the rates are secured and the client will receive a receipt.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Honestly, it's all on the job trainings, a lot of lesson learned from trial and error and A LOT of researching and classes.
