FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
WOW!! Really? If its complicated, how could we possibly give it here... In our industry, that would be like asking an internal medicine doctor to lay out all the knowledge he has about the inner-workings of the human body... Honestly, our industry should have PhD after the name of certified techs, because working on some of these systems is as intricate as working on the human body...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ABSOLUTELY!! From "white sheets"(manufacturer's updated information on their products and changes) to certifications, we keep everyone of our staff up to date. Beyond the simple realm of standard educational improvement, we also have joined many communities, own 3 community groups ourselves and are constantly exchanging experiences with other professionals in our industry. Again, or passion is technology. This isn't just a job for us, its our field of interest.. :)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
LOL, most of the BEST things you'll do in life come as an accident or incidental event. I had a friend in the business who thought I was spectacular and offered to help me get into his profession. He was the top salesperson in the entire area and little did he know that his offer would eventually lead to him become "SECOND" in that territory... ;) I have always been a very PASSIONATE follower of technology. I'm the guy who floats waaaaaaaay out on the leading edge. I have always been drawn to man's ascension into tomorrow's machines, technologies, sciences and marvels of the unknown. I have a passionate/compassionate drive to help others keep a strong harness on the power of technology. To help them gain the greatest benefits from it. I donate a large portion of my earnings every year to things like robotic prosthesis and 3D printing of organs, skin and cancer research where technology is playing a large role in how we conquer disabilities, diseases and famine throughout our world. Anything which helps the betterment of man. Especially those who are fallen or need help with a debilitating and painful challenge. Nothing is more rewarding than being the linchpin that holds together the greatest solution for a client's needs. The greatest form of commission comes from the client's acknowledgement that your efforts made it better, cheaper, and that you've earned their trust and loyalty by your hard work and depth of knowledge in your profession.
