- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally operate on a retainer ($500 is my standard), and most surveillance work is at $100/hour. Background & open source intelligence is a flat $250. Process services are generally $100 unless a stakeout or dangerous situation is required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a call, hear the reason why a person would need a private investigator, and clear up any questions they may have about PI processes before talking about the actual case. Since hiring a PI is not an everyday occurrence, it's important to have all of the facts
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by ASPIS Protection Services on my 02e certification. I am also 07e certified by DCJS if I am required to be armed for the case.
