After a strong hailstorm in Sterling, my roof needed a full replacement. The roofing team did a fantastic job from start to finish. zerihun guided me through every step of the process, even meeting with my insurance adjuster during the first inspection to make sure all the damage was noted, using a drone to spot every issue. zerihun worked closely with both me and the insurance company to ensure all the repair costs were covered. When it was time for the actual roof replacement, the crew arrived on schedule and finished the job right when they said they would. My new roof looks excellent, and there are no more leaks. I highly recommend these roofers—they are honest, professional, and have lots of experience dealing with insurance claims.

The team at smartroof did a great job. They dealt directly with the insurance company and assessors, I didn’t even have to be onsite or deal with any calls or emails. They explained everything well, were always responsive and timely, and cleaned up great after doing a solid job on a new roof. I’d def recommend them.
