Introduction: I have been motivated by dance and fitness since the age of four and have practiced pilates for 11 years and yoga for 20 years. After rehabilitating from a knee injury, I discovered that dance and exercise could be merged to create effective and enlightening routines for both the dancer and non-dancer. I understand the limitations injuries and aging place on the body and work with clients by providing modifications to progress their fitness level and help improve quality of life. My enthusiasm and motivational ability led her to pursue a career personal training and teaching Pilates and Booty Barre.
