Lyubo's work (installing curtain rods in a three story home) was quick, efficient, and of high quality. He even worked well under low light conditions. He clearly communicated his intentions and recommendations for the duration of the project. He was late in arriving, but worked tirelessly into the night nevertheless.

Lyubo hung my 65 inch Samsung LCD above my fireplace using a wall mount that I already purchased. He was able to make sure it was secure and level, which are the reasons why I didn't tackle the job myself. Lyubo and I communicated via email and phone. I emailed him pictures so that he had an idea of the job before coming over. Expectations were made clear in our conversations, and he agreed to meet the very next day to compete the job. Lyubo arrived on time with all of the tools necessary to hang the TV. He laid down a drop cloth to protect our new floors, and worked cleanly. I could not be happier with the results! I even got an estimate on another job we had in mind. Thank you Lyubo for a job well done.

I am very pleased with the work done by Mr. Lyubo Karamanov, Precision Remodeling. I loved everything about him. He made my door look new again and gave me excellent guidance on how to maintain its beauty. He stayed true to his estimate. He was especially careful to maintain a clean working space also, and explained to me step by step how he would repair the door. I will want to hire him for future work at my home.
