Introduction: Writing services, ranging from developing and editing business proposals, creating finished and targeted resumes, editing creative writing or business correspondence, building marketing proposals, or, creating blog posts. I'm a highly experienced writer, and have prepared correspondence for two Secretaries of State, senior flag rank officers, and several senators. I've prepared analyses and assessments at the Pentagon and the State Department, and edited The Black Book at the Pentagon -- a daily newspaper classified above Top Secret as a morning intelligence briefing for key civilian and military officials. I have also created and refined successful responses to government RFPs, and have restructured and rewritten federal RFQs for highly technical products and services - to include IT.
