My A.c. unit stopped working and Tory came and diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. Tory was very professional.He arrived when he said he would.I would highly recommend Tory to anybody and his prices were very reasonable.

I had a wonderful experience with Tory Groome. My A/C drew its last breath on a Saturday or Sunday (right as the weather was hitting the nineties w/humidity to match). For the first time I went to Thumbtack and entered my needs and several people answered my call with estimates. After perusing my choices, I called Tory. He came over in a matter of a few hours, checked out the system and told me I need to replace it. His price was quoted at a much lower rate than the other offers I got. I decided that I wanted to try a person rather than a "company" of many. He had my A/C installed and up and running within a day or two and came in at exactly the estimate he quoted me. He promised me that his personal guarantee is that of a two year period that he would personally change my filters and check on my unit. If that's truly so...that's wonderful! You couldn't ask for a more reliable, hard working individual and I'm looking forward to Tory's having my back for a while!! I do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of his services. In my book...you can stop looking and call Tory. I'm sure you'll be impressed by this young man.

Nice guy, scheduled an appt on his day off, but he was happy to help anyway. Got my AC up and running again very quickly, and ensured that it was completely fixed.

Being fairly new to the area, I'm glad we found our go to hvac guy. Tory was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to show up within an hour and a half of my call. And after trouble shooting for a few minutes, found the problem. We were back up and running within an hour. Quality work at a fair price. Thanks Tory!

We had a last minute air condition issue on a hot Saturday. They were to us within a few hours of making the request vs the no answer from the large service providers. Kind, professional, and extemely knowledgeable...I've already spread the word to our neighbors of this excellent service.
