Dave was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job informing me and my husband about our hvac system during our yearly maintenance inspection. This week my AC unit went out and the company we pay monthly wasn’t able to provide us any services until Wednesday. I found Dave, and he was very professional, insightful, and informative throughout the whole process. He even provided me information on what filters and other things I can use to preserve our AC system after he fixed it. I definitely recommend Dave and his work to anyone who needs it! Pp

🌟 Five-star experience with Custom Comfort RVA! When my air conditioner started blowing warm air in the peak of July, I knew it’d be tough to find someone who could come out quickly. I messaged two companies through Thumbtack, and within five minutes, Dave from Custom Comfort RVA responded and said he could be at my home by 6:30 that evening. True to his word, Dave showed up on time and spent two full hours diagnosing and repairing the unit to get it running again. He was transparent about the work that needed to be done and returned a couple of days later to complete everything. I genuinely appreciate Dave’s professionalism, honesty, and punctuality.
