- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at Custom Comfort RVA, we keep pricing simple and transparent. We charge a $99 service dispatch fee to diagnose your system, which is waived if you move forward with a repair or installation. We also offer multi-task discounts and 10% off for Teachers, Military, and First Responders as a thank you for their service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we service a property for the first time, we start by understanding the owner’s concerns and performing a full system inspection. We evaluate performance, safety, and efficiency, then provide clear explanations and honest recommendations to keep your home comfortable year-round.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Custom Comfort RVA, we take pride in maintaining the highest level of training and industry certification. We are EPA certified and hold certifications through HVAC Excellence, UA STAR, OSHA, and NITC, along with numerous manufacturer training certifications.
