🌟 Five-star experience with Custom Comfort RVA! When my air conditioner started blowing warm air in the peak of July, I knew it’d be tough to find someone who could come out quickly. I messaged two companies through Thumbtack, and within five minutes, Dave from Custom Comfort RVA responded and said he could be at my home by 6:30 that evening. True to his word, Dave showed up on time and spent two full hours diagnosing and repairing the unit to get it running again. He was transparent about the work that needed to be done and returned a couple of days later to complete everything. I genuinely appreciate Dave’s professionalism, honesty, and punctuality. We called Dave out to perform an annual maintenance on our heat pump system. Dave came with his apprentice Michael and they both did a fantastic job. They cleaned out the entire indoor & outdoor unit, cleared the drains and confirmed that my system would be ready for the summer this year. Dave also walked us through the entire process and gave us some tips on keeping our system efficient all year long. Custom Comfort RVA are our guys from now on! Thanks Dave & Michael
