FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The state bar association requires that a licensed attorney complete each year 8 hours of continuing legal education, 2 of which have to be in the subject of legal ethics. Each year I complete many more hours than required because I want to be aware of the recent changes or modifications to the law or procedure in the various areas of the law in which I practice.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted to be in charge of my own destiny and I wanted a base of knowledge upon which the world in which I live operates. The United States operates on the Rule of Law, whether civil or criminal, whether buying or selling, whether starting or operating a business, going concern, government agency, etc. My father taught me that 'knowledge is power' and I believed an education in the law would provide me the best opportunity to succeed in life.

Personal injury [representing those injured through no faulth of their own], domestic relations [all issues involving the family from divorce to adoption to guardianship], criminal defense of adult and juveniles, and real estate transactions.
