Calling this experience incredible would be underselling it. I reached out to 16 Even for help with a burning smell coming from my bedroom outlet, as well as for two other broken outlets that needed to be replaced. I received a response and a phone call within minutes to set up a service appointment. I have extreme anxiety and PTSD related to past fire trauma and was upfront about this with Dellon. He was so thoughtful and respectful. He broke everything down for me in terms I'd understand, explained everything from start to finish and was so reassuring every step of the way. He replaced my damaged outlet, showed me why it was damaged and took extra care in securing it so it wouldn't happen again. He replaced the other two outlets and even installed my new porch light while he was here. The price was excellent, far below what I expected. The work quality was amazing. But what really stood out the most for me was how patient and kind Dellon was. I never felt judged for my anxiety. He validated me and genuinely took extra care in being explanatory and reassuring. If you have any anxiety concerning electrical fires, this is 100% the place to call.

Dellon and his associate arrived on time and got to work right away. I initially only needed an outlet moved for TV mounting, and they moved the outlet and mounted my TV. They cleaned up the area and removed any debris left behind. I will hire Dellon and his team for future electrical needs.

I coukd not have been more pleased with his service and his work. He was very responsive from my initial contact. He scheduled an appointment, communicated when he was on his way, andvarrived on time. As professional as he was when communicating before the job, he was even more impressive in person. He was very polite, listened to what I wanted to accomplish, explained things at every step of the work, and did a fantastic job.
