WORST COMPANY EVER!! @realmanforlife HE TOOK MY MONEY & WAS SUPPOSE TO PROVIDE A BOUNCE HOUSE FOR MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY LAST SATURDAY.. HE DIDNT SHOW UP NOR HAS HE REFUNDED ANY OF MY MONEY AS HE PROMISED! I ADVISE ANY & EVERYONE TO NEVER RENT OR PAY THIS MAN ANYTHING.. Customer was warned if of it started to rain we can not set-up Moonwalks in wet and inclamate weather she was notified and asked if she wanted to schedule for another date

Had a one year old party booked for march 28, 2015 for Hello Kitty. The character was stated to be there at 4.p.m. I was told it was runny late, due to an injury. The character never showed, I was never refunded, and I too am getting the run around as well. I urge people who are seeking to create a memorable moment to check people out before booking!

I had my daughters party 10/24/2015 I ordered a character paid the full amount of 139.10 the character never showed up and he stopped answering the phone thank god I used a credit card because I'm trying to dispute the claim now and have a reversal done .... please do not use this company

Company doubled booked a party and pretty much wanted to come at the end of my 1 yr old's party(how many one year olds can stay awake the entire time). Yes he did offer me a refund but it was never given. They gave me the run around every time I called. Thank goodness I used a cc. My bank handled it for me. Please be cautious with this company. Not very reliable
